  • Diligently search through both well-known and hidden listings sources, from MLS, to craigslist, to canvassing the community
  • Harness a team of respected professionals to call on as needed: lawyers or notaries, mortgage brokers and insurance reps
  • Provide a qualified evaluation once you’ve chosen your home, and
  •    Prepare a comprehensive offer designed to protect your position.

As a seller, you can expect a personalized marketing plan covering each stage of the sale, including:

  • Preparing your property to be shown
  • Strategically timing the launch
  • Using a multi-channel marketing strategy to reach all potential buyers, including the internet, social media and mobile marketing apps, individual showings and open houses.


I take care of all the relevant research needed, such as reviewing strata council minutes to confirm the condition of a condo building. If through my research I discover something about a property that could influence its value, I’ll let you know immediately. I’ll make myself available to answer any questions you have at any time.


I develop a negotiating strategy that protects your position and I represent your interests throughout the negotiations.


Once the offer is accepted, I coordinate the necessary paperwork working with multiple parties including your:

– seller or buyer
– lawyer or notary
– bank
– insurance company.
